WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT!
Providing this service to the residents and animals of Putnam County is extremely costly. Insurance, gasoline, vehicles, etc. are all expenses that are incurred. We ask for any donation that you can possibly make to help us help animals who are subjected to acts of violence and neglect. Our needs are similar to other law enforcement agencies, however, as a quasi-governmental agency, the SPCA does not qualify for the majority of government grants available to other police agencies.
